How you'll make a difference:
- Lead, inspire, and support team members to improve their engineering skills.
- Define and communicate engineering strategies and approaches.
- Work with teams and partners to implement optimal solutions using appropriate tools and techniques.

What you'll be doing:
- Support technical delivery for Retirement Account applications across the full development lifecycle.
- Design, test, and modify complex programs and integration services using best practices.

- Engineer stable, scalable, performant, accessible, testable, and secure software solutions, minimising technical debt.
- Participate in incident analysis and promote active system custodianship.
- Mentor and lead software engineers, fostering a collaborative culture.
