We're looking for a senior Product Owner to lead the design, shaping, and execution of an ambitious strategy to re‑imagine customer journeys for those facing financial difficulty, using Generative AI to predict, prevent, and support customers during challenging times while driving efficiency across the bank. You’ll work closely with product, engineering, and design colleagues to deliver transformative experiences. Success will require deep customer understanding, strong collaboration across networks and a relentless focus on outcomes that improve lives. What you’ll be doing
- Own and deliver a strategic product theme focused on re‑imagining journeys using Generative AI.
- Shape and communicate product vision and strategy, collaborating with platform and non‑platform teams.
- Lead the product roadmap: define and prioritise epics, features and stories aligned to strategy.
- Champion innovation and storytelling, advocating for a transformed vision with senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate deeply with engineers, designers and business partners to deliver impactful solutions.
- Ensure compliance and governance across all product changes.
- Drive measurable improvements in customer experience and operational efficiency.
