What you’ll be doing

As a Senior Delivery Manager, you'll play a critical leadership role within a strategically important transformation, owning the delivery of complex, cross‑platform change across business and technology teams. You'll provide leadership across multiple teams and platforms, ensuring plans remain aligned, dependencies are managed effectively, risks are identified early, and delivery outcomes are achieved safely and at pace. Using data and delivery insight to forecast performance and inform decisions, you'll bring clarity to complexity while driving momentum across a large‑scale transformation. This strategic transformation for Business & Commercial Banking (BCB) is critical to growing market share by speeding up lending journeys. It improves customer and colleague experience by removing friction from origination to fulfilment and enables scalable growth across BB, SME, and MM with automated, digitally enabled journeys. You’ll lead cross‑functional teams, partner closely with Product Owners and Engineering Leads to drive execution across multiple platforms, proactively identify risks, remove impediments and resolve delivery challenges to keep momentum and focus on customer outcomes. You’ll engage and influence senior stakeholders across Business, Technology, Risk and Operations, bringing clarity to complex programmes and helping teams align around shared priorities and objectives. In this highly visible role you’ll balance pace and control, ensuring strong governance, clear accountability and developing successful delivery that crafts meaningful impact for customers and the business.

What we’re looking for

  • Significant experience leading large‑scale, complex change and transformation programmes, with a track record of delivering outcomes across multiple teams, platforms and stakeholders
  • Confirmed ability to lead cross‑functional teams, align competing priorities and drive delivery in fast‑paced environments
  • Strong expertise in integrated planning, dependency management and delivery governance across complex programmes
  • Ability to use data, reporting and delivery metrics to forecast outcomes, identify risks and support decision‑making
  • Influential leader with outstanding stakeholder leadership skills, able to build alignment and confidently deliver hard messages with senior stakeholders
  • Strong problem‑solving capability, able to navigate ambiguity, simplify complexity and ensure timely delivery

Benefits

  • A generous pension contribution of up to 15%
  • An annual performance‑related bonus
  • Share schemes including free shares
  • Benefits you can adapt to your lifestyle, such as discounted shopping
  • 30 days’ holiday, with bank holidays on top
  • A range of wellbeing initiatives and generous parental leave policies
