This is an exciting opportunity for a Digital Manager to shape and lead the development of a best‑in‑class digital finance journey for launch, while also driving future digital innovations that improve the customer experience. You’ll play a key role in leading digital development with the OEM partner, understanding dealer needs, and collaborating with internal teams to build a seamless finance journey for customers, dealers, and the manufacturer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and optimise the end‑to‑end digital journey for Retail Finance (Black Horse) and Leasing (Lex Autolease and Tusker) products, managing day‑to‑day relationships with the OEM partner, platform teams, and internal stakeholders.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and digital performance.
  • Monitor performance of digital products and journeys, identifying opportunities to drive engagement, conversion, and sales.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and legislative requirements, including fair customer outcomes.
  • Act as the Digital advocate for the brand—building strong relationships with partners and dealer networks, including presence in OEM offices and dealerships.
  • Support integration of our services into OEM and dealer digital ecosystems, collaborating closely with platform and dealer teams.
  • Champion the use of emerging technologies (e.g., digital finance platforms, AI, DMS integrations) that enhance customer and dealer journeys.
  • Conduct competitor and market research to ensure the business remains at the forefront of digital innovation and best practice.
  • Promote customer‑centric thinking and challenge the status quo to drive continuous digital improvement.

Essential Skills:

  • Experience in a digital role and a strong understanding of digital customer journeys.
  • Ability to translate digital and technical requirements into clear business solutions.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and analytical capabilities.
  • Experience in motor finance, automotive, fintech, or other relevant digital product environments.
  • Proven ability to influence partners and drive change.
  • Able to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners and suppliers.

Desirable Skills:

  • Awareness of compliance, data protection, and industry regulations.
  • Understanding of automotive digital platforms (e.g., DMS, online finance tools, API‑based integrations).
  • Familiarity with emerging digital technologies and their application in customer journeys.
