Locations: Halifax, Bristol, Chester or Leeds

Hours: Full-time

Duration: 12 Month FTC

What you'll be doing:

  • Manage the execution of the Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) marketing plan for the aligned business area, with accountability for delivery across deepen and retain activity for key customer segments.
  • The role is responsible for implementing marketing activity, supporting innovation and owning performance outcomes, working closely with Full Funnel, Accelerator and partner teams.
  • Manage the implementation of the Customer Lifecycle Management plan by defining hypotheses to test, shaping test and learn activity and delivering against agreed objectives.
  • Work in agile pods to deliver key jobs to be done that require innovation at pace.
  • Manage the handover of successful activity to Growth, CRM and Campaigns & Social Accelerator teams where activity can be automated and delivered as business as usual.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of customer needs, behaviour and journeys to inform planning and prioritisation.
  • Use data and insight to track performance, optimise activity and report on outcomes.
  • Stay up to date with marketing trends, channels, data and technology to continuously improve effectiveness.
  • Demonstrate a culture of strong execution, agile delivery and collaboration, contributing positively to team performance and ways of working.

What we're looking for:

  • Full Funnel Marketing Planning and Execution: Proven experience designing and delivering Customer Lifecycle Management or full funnel marketing activity across deepen and retain. Experience delivering cross sell and upsell activity that drives incremental customer and commercial value.
  • Agile Ways of Working: Experience working in agile or fast paced environments, collaborating across multiple teams and disciplines. Ability to prioritise work, manage dependencies and deliver at pace.
  • Marketing Innovation: Experience developing and testing new marketing approaches using test and learn methodologies. Comfortable using insight and data to scale successful activity and stop low performing activity.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of how marketing activity drives commercial outcomes. Ability to balance customer needs with business objectives and return on investment.
  • Values and Behaviours: Thinks 'we', not 'me', and works collaboratively across teams and disciplines. Acts with integrity and accountability, taking ownership for outcomes. Demonstrates curiosity, openness to learning and continuous improvement. Puts customers at the heart of decision making.
