Hours: Full-time

What you'll be doing:

  • We're looking for a data-driven and technically skilled Marketing Intelligence Analyst to join our Marketing Intelligence team at Lloyds Banking Group.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver automated, real-time dashboards and reporting tools to track digital marketing performance.
  • Support the development of marketing intelligence solutions that support campaign analysis, audience segmentation, and channel optimisation.
  • Collaborate with data engineering and platform teams to ensure robust data pipelines and accurate tracking.
  • Translate complex datasets into clear, visual insights that support strategic marketing decisions.
  • Monitor critical metrics and proactively identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities.
  • Support the development of self-serve BI tools and training for marketing stakeholders.
  • Champion the use of Gen BI and data storytelling across the marketing function.
  • Stay current with digital analytics trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve reporting capabilities.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience in reporting and BI.
  • An eye for design without falling into the trap of style over substance.
  • An understanding of digital marketing metrics, campaign tracking, and performance reporting.
  • Organised person, able to manage multiple workloads and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in BI and data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Google Data Studio.
  • Experience with data querying and transformation using SQL, BigQuery, Snowflake, or similar platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for data accuracy, automation, and storytelling.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A proactive, collaborative approach with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
