- Diary Manager – a Group‑wide scheduling platform that enables colleagues and customers to book and manage appointments seamlessly, including self‑book functionality for key services. It’s widely adopted across our brands and plays a critical role in delivering smooth, efficient experiences. The product is supported by a large, collaborative team combining product expertise and technical skills, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
