What you'll be doing:
- Help bring our digital experiences to life by creating visually engaging experiences with customers and stakeholders through storytelling.
- Work collaboratively alongside a full design multidisciplinary team, with a willingness to learn from and actively support other Visual Designers.
- Identify and solve real customer problems and ensure that we put human needs at the heart of every problem we solve.
- Apply your creative thinking to solve complex problems and make them seem simple.
- Design production assets, infographics, logos and other elements.
- Create engaging digital experiences, design interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Support us scale and hone our digital design system.
- Master storytelling techniques to help the business communicate effectively.
- Bring your designs to life with prototyping software.
- Work effectively and confidently as part of agile teams to help uncover priorities, visualise outcomes, and define scope.
- Engage with design teams and communities of practices to understand objectives and opportunities aligned to good customer outcomes.
- Design and lay out pages and user interfaces using components from a central design system.
- Bring your designs and presentations to life with prototyping software (Figma is our main tool, experience required) as well as Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft tools like PowerPoint, Excel, Acrobat.

- Demonstrable experience within Visual Design.
- A collaborative mindset ready to support a busy multi-disciplinary team.
