About this Opportunity

We’re seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to Managing Directors within Corporate & Institutional Banking Coverage. This pivotal role sits at the heart of a fast‑paced senior leadership team, enabling senior leaders to operate at their best by maximising their time, ensuring seamless coordination, and maintaining high standards of professionalism, discretion and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Executive support and coordination: manage complex diaries, coordinate meetings and arrange travel; manage stakeholder relationships internally and externally.
  • Plan events and onboard new joiners.
  • Operational support: manage expenses, purchase orders and Workday processes.
  • Ad‑hoc tasks: anticipate needs and continually improve efficiency.

Skills and Experience

  • At least 1 year of PA experience in a corporate environment
  • Exceptional organisation and prioritisation skills
