We have an exciting opportunity for a Director, Head of Commercial Performance & Effectiveness to join our Commercial Cards team. This is a senior leadership role accountable for leading the commercially focused elements of the commercial card business, including portfolio and sales performance, commercial strategy, data, pricing and contract management. You’ll partner with Finance, Sales and Digital teams as well as Product and Operational teams to drive strong commercial outcomes aligned to the business strategy. Reporting directly to the Head of Commercial Cards, you’ll play a key role as part of the Commercial Card Leadership Team. This role provides a great opportunity to lead a dynamic and forward-thinking team and to shape and deliver the business strategy. The Commercial Card business is transforming and growing, so there couldn’t be a better time to join us.
Your Accountabilities Will Include:
- Own and drive the commercial strategy
- Oversight and management of the end-to-end P&L
- Ensuring pricing strategy and methodology reflect business outcomes
- Drive understanding and track portfolio performance to inform the strategy
- Partner closely with Finance and Sales teams to accurately track and report progress
- Leading, coaching, and mentoring the team to enable high performance
- Managing customer contracts and ensuring performance in line with standards and terms
