We’re embarking on an exciting Loans growth and transformation journey. As an Assistant Product Manager you will collaborate across the loans team and other experts to deliver incremental growth across products and journeys.

What will I be doing?

  • Working as part of a team of specialists to solve problems that drive value and enhance the customer experience.
  • Lead and facilitate the implementation of change initiatives, collaborating with product owners, commercial partners and broader collaborators including risk, legal, CCor and Credit risk.
  • Immerse myself in loans end‑to‑end customer journeys, finding opportunities to build longer‑term customer relationships across multiple channels, segments and life stages.
  • Build compelling stories to bring customers onto a change journey.
  • Ensure all change is effectively monitored and performance impacts understood, while managing risk effectively with governance and controls.

What you’ll need

  • Strong influencing skills and the ability to build purposeful relationships with team members and partners.
  • Previous experience of managing initiatives and change from inception to delivery.
  • Keen interest in building product experience, learning from a team of skilled product managers.
  • Ability to simplify complexity and articulate product stories clearly to gain advocacy and approvals.
  • Self‑starter who plans and prioritises own workload, balancing multiple deliverables.
  • Analytical attitude, comfortable collaborating with analytics teams to generate insights to develop propositions and monitor success metrics.
  • Curiosity and tenacity to take on a challenging and varied workload.
