As an Integrator in our Modern Workplace team, you will enable seamless and timely delivery within a Lab environment by managing integration activities across internal teams and external stakeholders. Working closely with Integrators & Property Specialists, you will deliver Office & Branch improvements across our property estate. You will manage dependencies, facilitate interlock with external parties, and proactively identify and resolve delivery blockers, ensuring alignment on integration requirements and supporting successful execution of change.
Day to day you’ll:
- Work with stakeholders outside the Lab to ensure interlock to enable the lab to deliver at pace.
- Manage projects & implementations requiring integration between multiple parties (internal/external) to ensure safe delivery.
- Develop the project plans and priorities including integration related tasks in collaboration with the project team.
- Work with Lab teams to deliver outputs against agreed project plans.
- Proactively monitor, troubleshoot and collaborate with Feature Team colleagues to identify issues and/or blockers to delivery.
- Catalogue and manage dependencies between the lab and other teams.
- Provide support for governance activity owned by the Lead Integrator and contribute to a regular reporting cycle on key progress, risks, issues & dependencies.
- Act as interface between the supplier (3rd Party) and key business stakeholders.
Agile Methodology & Tools: manage complex change within a business area through experience of agile teams, build excitement around agile ways of working, support the stand-up of new agile teams, provide coaching and advice, and share experience on appropriate methods and tools.
Relationship Management: develop and improve key relationships to build consensus and improve delivery of change outcomes; manage conflicting priorities by facilitating discussion and resolution.
Planning, Tracking, Reporting & Governance: communicate regular status updates to key stakeholders, resolve high priority issues affecting delivery, manage critical risks/issues/dependencies from Status Reporting and agile meetings, take ownership of critical issues and ensure resolution within agreed timescales.
Collaboration: build professional relationships and networks with people in or outside the team, understand differences between people and seek opportunities to work collaboratively across boundaries.

Qualifications & Experience: Any experience of these would be great. Any experience in change management (ideally 2 years+) would be desirable.
