What you'll be doing:
- Influence the strategic direction of the UK's largest consumer finance provider.
- Develop insights through data and analytics capabilities to optimise performance across brands and channels.
- Support the evolution of the data landscape, employing new technologies and tools.
- Provide actionable insight to optimise performance, inform pricing and proposition decisions, and influence customer demand.
- Work closely with Senior Leaders and cross‑functional teams to develop and deliver data‑led insights.
- Design and build high‑quality analytics and insight solutions that support smarter decisions.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insight.
- Contribute to the development of scalable data and analytics solutions.
- Champion data quality, governance, and responsible data use.
- Work collaboratively with Technical Engineers, Product Owners, and Solution Architects.
- Influence outcomes and collaborate across technical and non‑technical teams.
What we're looking for:
- A minimum of 3 years in data science, analytics, Agentic AI, machine learning or modelling.
- Proficiency in data analysis, customer analytics, building and validating models, and visualisation tools.
- Experience with cloud‑based data platforms.
- Intellectually curious, seeking to innovate and adapt quickly from setbacks.
- Apply product‑led thinking to reporting and analytics initiatives.
- Support the team to maximise commercial performance.
- Highly numerical, data‑driven individual.
- Present and influence effectively with senior stakeholders.
