What you'll be doing…
As an AI Security Specialist, you'll play a key role in protecting how AI is designed, built and used across Lloyds Banking Group. You'll sit within the Chief Security Office's Security Data & AI Lab, working at the intersection of cyber security, cloud engineering and advanced AI technologies. In this role, you'll help shape and embed our AI Security strategy, supporting safe adoption across the business, understanding how attackers use and exploit AI, and applying AI to solve real-world security problems. You'll work closely with engineering and data teams to build security controls into AI systems from the very start, not bolt them on at the end. You'll assess and strengthen the security of AI platforms and applications, commissioning testing and adversarial assessments where needed, and translating findings into practical actions. Using your expertise, you'll design and deploy AI-driven security capabilities such as threat detection, anomaly detection and incident response. You'll also advise on risk, compliance and regulation, ensuring we continue to meet industry standards as AI technologies evolve. This is a role with real impact, working on high‑profile technology that is shaping the future of banking, while continuously learning and staying ahead of emerging threats.
Why Join us?

- Solid understanding of cyber security principles and controls, including identity & access management (IAM), encryption, network security, and secure application design.
