As Triage Squad Lead, you’ll shape and lead a new triage capability, working closely with senior leaders to spot opportunities, remove friction and help direct work to where it will create the most value. Responsibilities:- Owning and leading the end-to-end triage process for IP&I.
- Translating strategic priorities into clear triage principles and decision frameworks.
- Lead a team who proactively searches for new chances to streamline, eliminate or automate processes.
- Acting as the senior escalation point for complex or cross-cutting demand.
- Ensuring demand is routed into the correct delivery pathway.
- Providing oversight of governance, risk and controls in partnership with key functions.
- Leading engagement with senior stakeholders across IP&I and the wider Group.
- Building and developing a high-performing triage squad.
- Using MI and insight to discover ways to simplify or automate demand.
- Monitoring benefit delivery.
- 5 years or more proven leadership experience in a complex and regulated environment.
- 5 years or more experience supporting process or operational improvement initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Confidence engaging people and influencing at senior levels.
- Understanding of governance and risk in regulated environments.
- Highly organized and delivery‑focused.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
