We’re seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to Managing Directors within Corporate & Institutional Banking Coverage.
This pivotal role is at the heart of a fast‑paced senior leadership team.
You will play a critical part in enabling senior leaders to operate at their best by maximizing their time, ensuring seamless coordination, and maintaining high standards of professionalism, discretion, and delivery.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex diaries, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel (Executive Support & Coordination).
- Build relationships internally and externally (Stakeholder Management).
- Plan events and onboard new joiners (Business Support).
- Manage expenses, purchase orders, and Workday processes (Operational Support).
- Anticipate needs and continuously improve efficiency (Ad hoc).
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of prior PA experience in a corporate environment.
- Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Discretion, professionalism, and strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internal systems.
