You’ll proactively identify risks, remove blockers, and resolve complex delivery challenges in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment. You’ll operate at a senior level, engaging and influencing stakeholders across Business, Technology, Risk and Operations, bringing clarity to complex delivery landscapes and driving alignment across competing priorities. This role requires a balance between pace and control, ensuring strong governance, clear accountability, and a delivery that brings meaningful impact for both customers and the business.

  • Ability to operate credibly across business and technology domains, with exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior level.
  • Strong problem‑solving capability, able to operate in ambiguity, bring structure to complex challenges, and drive delivery at pace.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, simplifying complexity and enabling clear, confident decision‑making at senior levels.
  • Collaborative, outcome‑focused approach with experience working in team‑of‑teams environments, driving pace, continuous improvement, and balancing delivery with governance and control.
