Duration: 2 years. Salary: £45,000 plus benefits. Flexible working: hybrid. Location: Jersey, Guernsey or Isle of Man, with occasional travel to the UK.

Eligibility & Right to Work

You must hold a degree (or be on track to achieve one) in any discipline and have the legal right to live and work in Jersey, Guernsey or the Isle of Man at the time of application. Work permits, residency or sponsorships are not supported.

Responsibilities

Over two years you will undertake four rotations across our Crown Dependencies business, gaining end‐to‐end exposure to banking – from client relationships in Fiduciary, Funds and Corporate & International Private Banking and Product Design to Risk Management.

  • Joining high‐stakes client meetings to develop stakeholder management skills.
  • Creating client‐facing packages and delivering strategic review presentations.
  • Producing senior‐management pipeline reports that are visual and insightful.
  • Designing growth‐strategy templates to spot opportunities for strategic accounts.
  • Driving simplification of the business through proactive, pace‐led change.

Risk and product rotations may involve:

  • Supporting financial modelling to shape future deals.
  • Analyzing ESG and reputational risks and proposing solutions.
  • Handling client queries across portfolios while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Exploring ESG opportunities that help clients make responsible choices.
  • Investigating product and risk solutions for lending, credit and transactional banking.
  • Supporting strategy, planning and system migrations.
  • Applying client and stakeholder insights to product and service development.

Qualifications & Development

You will work towards a Global Credit Certification (GCC) and may take an additional finance qualification in the second year. Training and associated costs are covered by the programme.
