Hours: Full-time
Working Pattern: Hybrid – at least 3 days per week (60% time) at the Watford office. During training, new starters are expected to be in the office 5 days a week unless an exception is requested.

About This Opportunity
Responsible for the operational delivery of all used leased vehicles for our pre‑loved range across the Tusker clients. You will authorise all work, prepare all vehicles, and ensure they meet high standards through effective cost management, allocating to relevant avenues, and providing an exceptional customer driver journey for Tusker’s customers.
Responsibilities
- Authorise required bodywork repairs and required SMR to the agreed used car standard, collaborating with vehicle operations to ensure SMR and repairs methods are followed.
- Identify vehicles which are not to standard and move them to the normal remarketing channel for processing.
- Maintain the Used Car Stock page.
- Liaise with suppliers and customers to ensure successful vehicle delivery to the new customer, collaborating with the Order & Delivery team.
Qualifications & Experience
- Extensive knowledge of the repair and maintenance of motor vehicles (Cars & LCVs), both combustion engine and electric vehicles.
- Experience working in a manufacturer’s franchised dealership in both workshop and service desk departments.
- Experience working in a cost approval and audit function in a lease company or a similar organisation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, effectively managing stakeholder relationships (suppliers, customers, drivers, etc.).
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Motivated by achieving targets, individually and as part of a team.
- Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
Preferred Experience
- Previous automotive industry experience within a dealership, or used‑vehicle environment.
- Polite and professional telephone manner.
- Self‑management ability.
