This role sits within a small team that supports the whole business as we roll out new initiatives in a safe and efficient way.

Your mission will be to support the team in leading a variety of projects and initiatives to support our ambitious growth plans, including tracking programmes, assessing change impact, and working closely with the Project Manager and Business Process Executive to guide projects from development through UAT and training to post-launch support.

Work proactively in collaboration with internal and external teams, building effective cross‑functional relationships to supervise tasks and ensure everything is done according to plan.

Communication is a crucial element of the role; you will provide regular verbal and written updates and interact with team members across all levels.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage operational projects, gathering business requirements to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Support company‑wide change, providing and rolling out required documentation for operational teams and ensuring successful adoption.
  • Analyse current processes to identify risks, eliminate failures, optimise procedures, and drive continuous improvement through quarterly audits.
  • Collaborate with subject matter authorities and process owners at all levels to resolve process failures, document changes, and implement mandatory control processes.
  • Provide self‑sufficient tools and resources for teams, including process maps, working instructions, and procedural materials.

Qualifications

  • Evidence of taking ownership of tasks or projects within a previous role, preferably 2+ years of project‑management experience.
  • Strong multitasking, planning, and prioritisation skills in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication ability.
  • Experience in propelling mandatory compliance (e. g., change management) and preparing required documentation.
  • Background in analysing processes to recognise risks and optimise procedures.
  • Logical thinking and creative problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to challenge collaborators appropriately to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Experience in website development is ideal; familiarity with an IT team is helpful.
  • Previous ownership of the development and management of the PMO tool “Product Plan.”
  • Experience collaborating with subject‑matter authorities and process owners across the business.
  • Good numerical skills with strong Excel and Power Point competence.
