Job Details:

  • Salary: £30,609 rising to £31,809 in April 2026
  • Location: Watford
  • Hours: Full-time
  • Working Pattern: Hybrid – at least three days per week (60%) at the Watford office. During training, 5 days per week required until competent.

About This Opportunity:

This role plays a crucial part in facilitating efficient contract management, ensuring timely vehicle procurement, and maintaining strong relationships with employers and dealerships.

  • Ensure all orders captured within a 24‑hour turnaround while preparing contracts with employer‑specific details.
  • Liaise with dealers to ensure vehicles are accurately and effectively ordered.
  • Work with Pricing and Data teams to confirm manufacturer pricing, discounts, and manage monthly price increases.
  • Provide exceptional customer service via first contact resolution, meeting KPIs and SLAs by phone and email.
  • Take on bespoke and ad‑hoc tasks allocated by Line Manager.
