Hours & Working Pattern: Full‑time. Hybrid: at least three days a week in the Watford site (60%). During the training period, new starters are required to work in the office five days a week until they are fully trained.
About the Opportunity: As a New Business Engagement Executive you will focus on new business enquiries, playing a pivotal role in expanding our reach and bringing the benefits of our employee car scheme to a wider audience. You will be a key player in our dynamic Employee Engagement Team, responsible for proactively connecting with potential customers, guiding them through the process, and ultimately driving new business growth.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Customer‑focused approach – genuine passion for exceptional customer service and relationship building.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills; confident interacting with customers over phone and email.
