About This Opportunity: Efficient, effective and accurate end‑to‑end administration and customer interaction of all in‑life and end‑of‑contract amendment agreements. Support the team, customers and drivers by carrying out accurate administrative duties and expanding your skill set to ensure the best service experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service through first‑contact resolution, taking full accountability and striving to exceed KPIs and SLAs via phone and email.
- Own interactions through to completion, proactively chasing responses internally and externally.
- Engage with drivers and understand their perspective, delivering difficult messages while educating them.
- Manage internal and external systems with high attention to detail, keeping information accurate and up to date.
- Ensure all amendments are captured on the agreement and adhere to employer‑specific details.
- Self‑manage with strong organisational and time‑management skills and work as part of a team.

- Experience with Salesforce desirable but not essential.
