JOB TITLE: Relationship Director - Mid Markets LOCATIONS: Cardiff or Newport SALARY: Starting from £100,105 HOURS: Full-Time WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites.
What you'll be doing We're looking for a Relationship Director to support a Mid Markets portfolio of clients and prospects within the South Wales region.
The Relationship Director will understand and provide solutions to all their customers' bespoke financial requirements including lending, deposits plus a range of other products and services.
We operate under a sector-led model, focusing on: Business and Professional Services Manufacturing, Wholesale and Consumer Technology, Media and Telecoms It's an exciting and wide-ranging segment spanning a variety of sectors and central to our purpose of Helping Britain Prosper.
You will help grow the portfolio through new-to-bank prospect origination and business development; this is a new role adding headcount to our team.
So, whilst there might be a few existing clients moved into this portfolio, new business growth is key.
We're therefore looking for someone with a proven track record in growing their client base at a Mid Markets level in the UK Banking market.
