Join our Customer Decisioning Lab as a Technical Application Specialist, where you'll focus on building dashboards and driving Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices to keep our Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) platform resilient and efficient.
What you'll be doing
- Design and develop dashboards to monitor application health, performance, and key business metrics.
- Implement and maintain SRE best practices, including reliability, scalability, and incident response processes.
- Automate monitoring, alerting, and reporting to improve system observability and reduce manual effort.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and business teams to ensure platform stability and proactive issue resolution.
- Analyse performance trends and provide insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Support capacity planning, disaster recovery, and compliance activities.
What you'll need
- Experience in building dashboards using tools like Pega, Grafana, Kibana, or similar.
