Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of costs through data analysis, benchmarking and best‑practice case studies.
- Use insights and trends to identify cost opportunities and propose longer‑term structural changes that keep LBG a cost leader.
- Build relationships and engage colleagues to develop a narrative, gather evidence and advocate change.
- Review and challenge 4YOP submissions and cases with a strategic cost‑optimisation mindset.
- Identify and drive cost‑saving or unit‑cost efficiency initiatives, working with stakeholders across the Group.
- Review and challenge material contracts en route to the Group Cost Management Committee (GCMC).
- Support the running of GCMC meetings and produce high‑quality papers to enable effective decision making.

- Strong analytical background with the ability to understand data relationships, conduct trend analysis, and create effective models.
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously without compromising timelines or quality.
