Are you ready to help shape the future of transport in the UK? We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, driven individual to join the Transport Full Funnel team within Homes and Transport. As a Marketing Assistant, you'll provide high-quality administrative and technical support to deliver marketing initiatives, coordinating activity that supports customer acquisition and onboarding across Transport and working with stakeholders to ensure effective delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the implementation of the Customer Lifecycle Management plan by supporting the Transport Acquisition & Onboarding team and collaborating with Accelerator teams to deliver activity aligned to the Full Funnel plan.
  • Support the briefing process for Growth, CRM, DE and Campaigns & Social accelerator teams for successful campaign outcomes that can be automated where possible and delivered as part of those teams' BAU work.
  • Monitor campaign performance, test & learn activity and produce reports from different accelerator teams, compiling the raw data into standard stakeholder packs.
  • Stay updated on marketing trends, be curious to understand new routes to market, new data & technology.
  • Maintain high standards of execution across all campaign work to ensure delivery against target outcomes.
  • Demonstrate a culture of strong collaboration, communication, and focus to enable the pace of change and transformation.

  • Full Funnel Marketing Planning & Execution – Assist with designing and delivering successful CLM plans across the funnel to acquire and engage customers and deepen relationships through cross‑sell and upsell.
  • Agile Models of Operating and Fast‑Paced – Support agile methods and actively collaborate, linking across various teams and subject areas in agile pods quickly.
  • Control Management – Assist with managing budgets, workflows, projects, and risks associated with marketing plans, including accurate budget management and using workflow tools like JIRA and Workfront.
  • Commercial Competence – Review marketplace knowledge and build a network across the business to make informed marketing decisions, seeking knowledge and experience to enhance the commercial return from marketing plans aligned to the Group strategy, optimising activity against important metrics.
