HOURS: Full Time

Within BMX, an exciting opportunity has come up within the Campaign and Social Accelerator team as an Assistant Marketing Manager. Here your role will focus on driving awareness and consideration across our product and brand portfolio by assisting the management and delivery of impactful marketing campaigns through ATL advertising.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Support in the delivery of ATL marketing campaigns to significantly drive consideration through to awareness metrics that deliver commercial impact through best in class creative execution.
  • Understand the moments that matter for customers and deploy campaigns to move customer intent through to prime metrics.
  • Be clear on the core benchmarks and understand content marketing engagement data to ensure we’re optimising and improving content output.
  • Innovate our marketing strategies, using data, fast iteration, and a laser focus on user needs and jobs to be done.
  • Ensure high-quality creative output from brief to ideation to production across all marketing channels.
  • Ensure the successful and compliant delivery of campaigns to budget and time.
  • Demonstrate a culture of stellar collaboration, communication and focus to enable pace of change and transformation.

What we’re looking for:

  • Multi‑channel Marketing: 5+ years experience across multi‑channel ATL campaign leadership, with expertise in broadcast communications and a strong awareness of ad‑tech enabled targeted campaign methods.
  • Values & Behaviours: Thinks We not Me. Is outstandingly collaborative with peers and colleagues across teams and this is demonstrated through their actions as well as their words.
  • Campaign Management: Proven experience of assisting the delivery of multi‑channel awareness and consideration campaigns safely and compliant to FCA rules. Deep experience managing multimillion Pound production and media budgets, with a laser focus on optimising media spends to maximise efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Creative delivery: Expertise in leading innovative and effective creative in partnership with in‑house studios and world‑class agencies, optimised to delivering impact across the awareness and consideration parts of the purchasing funnel. A keen eye for detail and the imagination to encourage their teams whilst also adhering to brand guidelines and standards.
  • Control Management: Experience managing budgets, workflows and risks associated with their marketing plans.
