Working Pattern: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites.

We have an exciting opportunity for someone to challenge and stretch themselves to be a key part of the Data Enablement team within Finance Data & Analytics Office (FDAO). The role is accountable for shaping, prioritising, and framing demand to ensure alignment with platform strategy, data priorities, and customer outcomes within the Front Door operating model. Providing full oversight of portfolio work to our customers, handling the inbound requests to ensure prioritisation of work is efficient and effective.

We're looking for an enthusiastic individual who is driven, dedicated to successful delivery and will thrive in a fast‑paced role, with a genuine desire to make a difference. You'll enjoy working with data, producing trend analysis with a strong eye for detail, while gaining valuable exposure to building relationships across the Finance Platform and Finance teams.

Day to day responsibilities include:

  • Use AI-enabled tools and data analysis to identify root causes, surface improvement opportunities, and implement measurable, sustainable change through automation.
  • Act as the primary Front Door interface with Labs and delivery teams.
  • Assess incoming requests and initiatives through a strategic lens, considering platform priorities, data issues, dependencies, and organisational objectives.
  • Key lead in complex and cross lab requests.
  • Review customer satisfaction feedback and insight data.
  • Identify recurring themes, trends, and areas of concern or opportunity.
  • Communicate with clarity, confidence and structure, tailoring messages to different audiences.

You’ll also be involved in:

  • Lead or facilitate lab surgeries, presenting work with clear business, data, and strategic context.
  • Collaborating across the team on activities and initiatives to develop our team culture.
