As a Finance Graduate, you won’t be watching from the sidelines with a spreadsheet. You’ll be right in the thick of it. Bringing insights that shape where we put our resources, how we manage risk, and how we deliver value for millions of customers and shareholders.
Three years. Four big rotations. Unlimited learning.
Over three years, you’ll rotate through four placements – in Finance and beyond – getting a panoramic view of how the bank ticks (and how to keep it ticking smoothly).
Including:
- Insight, data and analysis –  using new technology to forecast future performance.
- Core Finance – crunching the numbers in reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
- Business partnering – nurturing relationships between finance and the business.
- Non-Finance – the opportunity to work outside of Finance with one of our many business teams, getting closer to customers.
You could be spending time in teams such as Audit & Assurance, Risk & Governance, Strategic Business Management, Management Accounting, Finance and Reporting and Taxation or Treasury.

- Designing controls to keep the Group’s finances rock-solid.
- Turning complex figures into clear, actionable insight for senior leaders.
