Your first taste of CB&M life
In your coverage rotation, you might:- Join high-stakes client meetings, picking up stakeholder management skills and learning how to build trust fast.
- Create slick, client-facing packs that showcase our solutions.
- Deliver strategic review presentations - complete with case studies - to celebrate wins and set next-step action plans.
- Make senior management pipeline reports more visual and insightful.
- Design one-page growth strategy templates to spot opportunities for strategic accounts.
- Supporting financial modelling to shape the future of a deal.
- Contribute to Deal Screening Committees, weighing up which opportunities should fly.
- Analyse ESG and reputational risks, proposing ways to solve them.
- Handle client queries across two portfolios while juggling tight deadlines like a pro.
- Sustainability-focused - diving into ESG opportunities that help clients make responsible choices.
- Product & Risk-driven - getting under the skin of our lending, credit and transactional banking solutions.

- You’ll work towards your Global Credit Certification (GCC), plus any other training that fits your placements and ambitions. Along the way you’ll:
