About this Opportunity:
- Responsible for daily operational delivery of Rental, Stop Gap and the MOT process.
- Supporting the wider Vehicle Operational team in delivering targets.
- Assisting Vehicle Operation Executive with Stopgap and Daily Rental interactions with drivers on the ‘Stop Gap’ and ‘Rental’ products, placing rental bookings and handling the rental length including off-hire of bookings as required.
- Interacting with Maintenance Controllers to supervise, review and handle ongoing and problematic cases, with the ability to investigate issues and resolve supplier issues.
- Responsible for supplying to Vehicle Operations delivery & achievement of all KPIs for operational requirements and produce weekly summary reporting of Vehicle Operations cases to the Head of Vehicle Operations.
- Ensuring all rental vehicles issued against cases are correctly managed to and wherever possible reclaimed from vehicle manufacturers.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal/external customers and suppliers. Leverage these relationships to ensure an optimised level of service delivery and cost reduction.
- Management of internal communications regarding problematic and ongoing vehicle cases to the wider Tusker business where required.

- Manages self with strong interpersonal and time management skills, but also able to work as part of a team.
- Self-motivated and eager to provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
- High attention to detail including numeric proficiency.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in a thoughtful and professional telephone manner.
- Willingness to learn new skills and expand knowledge.
- Polite and professional telephone manner and proactively looks for how to do the best job.
- Inquisitive nature which asks questions about context and impact and is confident in handling very difficult or critical situations.
- Previous experience of Salesforce is desirable but not essential.
