About this Opportunity:

Responsible for the operational delivery of all used leased vehicles for our pre-loved range across the Tusker clients. It will involve authorising all work and preparing all vehicles to ensure they meet the same high standards through effective cost management, and allocating to relevant avenues, with the same exceptional customer Driver journey for Tusker’s customers.

What you’ll need:

  • Extensive knowledge of the repair and maintenance of motor vehicles (Cars & LCVs) both combustion engine and electric vehicles.
  • Experience of working in a manufacturer’s franchised dealership in both workshop and service desk departments.
  • Experience of working in a cost approval and audit function either in a lease company or other similar organisation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, effectively managing stakeholder relationships (i.e. suppliers, customers, Drivers, etc).
  • Authorise required bodywork repairs and required SMR to the agreed Used car standard, collaborating with vehicle operations ensuring SMR and repairs methods are followed.
  • Identify vehicles which are not to standard and move them to the normal remarketing channel to be processed.
  • Responsible for maintaining the Used Car Stock page.
  • Liaise with suppliers and customers to ensure successful vehicle delivery to the new customer, collaborating with the Order & Delivery team.
  • Previous automotive industry experience within a dealership or used vehicle environment.
  • High accuracy levels and attention to detail.
  • Motivated by and understands the importance of achieving targets, individually and as part of a team.
  • System experience- Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
