SALARY: £30,609 rising to £31,809 from April 2026

LOCATION(S): Watford

HOURS: Full-time

WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least three days per week, or 60% of our time, at our Watford office. During the training period, we do ask new starters to be in the office 5 days a week until they are competent and fully trained.

About this Opportunity:

  • To co-ordinate with customers and suppliers to ensure a smooth experience at the end of a customer’s lease agreement with Tusker.
  • Be responsible for the vehicle disposal process, including the issue of V5 documents.
  • Maintain the re-marketing management system ensuring data is correct and accurate.
  • Liaise with the internal Employee Engagement team regarding vehicle lease renewal contracts.

What you’ll need:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as you will be arranging vehicle collections, liaising with re-marketing partners to resolve any issues, dealing with customers, liaising with fleet managers and drivers, and calculating/generating excess mileage and vehicle damage invoices.
  • Excellent attention to detail and able to work to and meet deadlines.
  • An effective team player and able to work effectively independently, providing excellent customer service.
  • A knowledge of motor brands and an interest in the car industry would be really useful.
  • Experience of using Microsoft Office.
