Job Description Summary:

  • Location: Manchester
  • Hours: Full time (35 hours)
  • Working Pattern: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least four days per week, or 80% of our time, at our Manchester office.

What you’ll be doing… You’ll play a pivotal role in attracting and hiring top talent for the Lloyds Living business with a key focus on Lloyds Living Property Management (“LLPM”). Working closely with hiring managers and applicants, you’ll lead end-to-end recruitment processes, delivering a high-quality and inclusive candidate experience while building strong talent pipelines across key roles. You’ll use your market expertise to build and shape hiring strategies, partner with leadership to understand future needs, and ensure we remain competitive in a fast-moving landscape.

What we’re looking for?

  • Demonstrable skills in candidate sourcing, headhunting and proactive talent attraction; having a proven track record of filling a wide variety of roles.
  • Experience recruiting into the Greater Manchester Property market.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at multiple levels.
  • The ability to use innovative methods to source applicants, e.g. job fairs, events, hiring days.
  • Data analysis skills, including confident use of Excel, so you can use insights from hiring processes to inform hiring decisions and future decision making.
  • An organised and methodical approach; able to design hiring workflows across multiple areas that are efficient.
  • Deep market knowledge and networking experience.
  • Excellent communication and candidate engagement skills.

What You’ll Do:

  • Partner with the business: Build strong relationships with hiring managers across Lloyds Living Property Management, developing a deep understanding of team structures, hiring plans and capability requirements so you can advise and challenge effectively throughout the recruitment process.
  • Build talent pipelines: Proactively identify, engage and nurture talent across the Greater Manchester and other relevant property markets. Act as an ambassador for Lloyds Living and LLPM in the market.
  • Deliver end-to-end recruitment: Manage recruitment from briefing to offer, ensuring an efficient, well-organised process, strong candidate experience and timely decision-making across multiple vacancies.
  • Use data and insight: Track hiring activity, market trends and recruitment performance, providing managers with clear insight and recommendations to improve hiring outcomes and support workforce planning.
  • Support growth and employer brand: Help position Lloyds Living as an employer of choice through candidate engagement, networking, market mapping and attraction initiatives that strengthen our reputation within the property sector.
  • Drive continuous improvement: Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, hiring capability and talent attraction approaches as Lloyds Living continues to scale.
