What You’ll Be Doing:

We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, proactive and highly motivated individual to join CIB Coverage as Personal Assistant to our Managing Director, Head of CIB Coverage (GEC-1). CIB Coverage leads client coverage and origination for Lloyds Banking Group's largest corporate and institutional clients across a broad range of sectors. Operating across the UK, Europe, Crown Dependencies and North America, the business is also home to the Sustainable Finance & Transition team.

You will provide dedicated PA support to a senior executive with a demanding schedule and extensive internal and external commitments. You will be responsible for a complex diary, coordinate domestic and international travel, prepare meeting materials and help ensure the smooth running of day-to-day activities.

Working as part of the CIB Coverage Executive Office, alongside the Chief of Staff (Executive Assistant) and Business Manager, you will also support the wider day-to-day running of the business, helping to coordinate key meetings, events, communications and business priorities. The role requires strong organisation skills, sound judgement and the ability to manage competing demands while working with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage a complex and demanding diary for the MD, Head of CIB Coverage, ensuring the most effective use of time across internal, client and external commitments.
  • Work closely with the Executive Assistant and Business Manager to support the day-to-day running of the Exec Office and wider business priorities.
  • Coordinate meeting papers, briefings and presentations, collaborating closely with senior stakeholders and Executive Offices across the Group.
  • Support an extensive domestic and international travel schedule across the UK, North America and other key business locations.
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including Sector Heads, Relationship Directors, Executive Offices and a broad network of PAs.
  • Manage expenses, corporate card approvals, invoices and gifts and hospitality processes.
  • Act as a key point of contact for the Exec Office, handling a wide range of enquiries with professionalism, discretion and sound judgement.

What You'll Need:

  • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience supporting a senior leader with a demanding workload and frequently changing priorities.
  • Strong diary management skills, including the ability to navigate complex schedules and adapt quickly to change.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • High levels of discretion, judgement and attention to detail.
  • A proactive approach, with the ability to anticipate needs and think ahead.

About You:

We're looking for a positive, personable and highly organised individual who enjoys working with people and building strong relationships. You'll thrive in a busy environment, be comfortable managing multiple priorities, and take pride in keeping a complex operation running smoothly while supporting a senior leader with significant client, colleague and international commitments.

This Is A Place For You:

Our ambition is to be the leading UK business for diversity, equity and inclusion supporting our customers, colleagues and communities and we’re committed to creating an environment in which everyone can thrive, learn and develop. We were one of the first major organisations to set goals on diversity in senior roles, create a menopause health package, and a dedicated Working with Cancer Initiative.

We offer reasonable workplace adjustments for colleagues with disabilities, including flexibility in office attendance, location and working patterns. And, as a Disability Confident Leader, we guarantee interviews for a fair and proportionate number of applicants who meet the minimum criteria for the role with a disability, long-term health or neurodivergent condition through the Disability Confident Scheme. We provide reasonable adjustments throughout the recruitment process to reduce or remove barriers. Just let us know what you need.

We also offer a wide-ranging benefits package, which includes:

  • A generous pension contribution of up to 15%.
  • An annual performance-related bonus.
  • Share schemes including free shares.
  • Benefits you can adapt to your lifestyle, such as discounted shopping.
  • 28 days’ holiday, with bank holidays on top.
  • A range of wellbeing initiatives and generous parental leave policies.
