What you’ll be doing:
We’re looking for a Director, Asset Management to join our Institutional Coverage team in London, where you’ll take the lead on some of our most complex and high‑profile client relationships. In this senior leadership role, you’ll focus on building strong, sustainable partnerships across the asset management community, deepening existing relationships while identifying new opportunities that support long‑term income growth for the business.
You’ll work with colleagues across coverage and product teams to deliver tailored, cross-product solutions, anticipating client needs and finding opportunities to deepen and broaden relationships. Alongside this, you’ll play a key role in developing the Lloyds Banking Group franchise by proactively originating new business, enhancing the quality of client engagement, and driving income growth across financial markets, lending and broader Group capabilities. Throughout everything you do, you’ll ensure strong risk rigor, effective collaboration with internal partners, and full alignment with regulatory and Group policy requirements.

What we’re looking for:
- 10+ years’ experience in financial services, ideally across markets, advisory or lending.
- Strong track record engaging C-suite clients in the asset management space, generating ideas, solving complex problems and driving revenue.
- Gravitas and credibility, with a solution led approach being able to move beyond relationship management to deliver commercially impactful outcomes.
- Broad product exposure and a collaborative approach to delivery.
- Dynamic, driven and comfortable influencing senior stakeholders in a complex environment.

This role is considered Certified under the Senior Manager and Certification Regime as either requiring mandatory qualifications or being deemed as a role capable of providing ‘significant harm’ to customers.
