Work with research teams across the organisation to better understand the financial circumstances of differing customer segments and consider what their next best actions or decisions might be.

Understand the connected nature of designing end to end customer experiences to help customers navigate our financial ecosystem.

Understand the role of design thinking in the context of our business and engineering priorities and drive a broad approach.

Influence senior leaders to ensure customer value is central to decision-making, so that our new propositions are fit for purpose in deepening customer relationships.

  • A strong strategic vision that aligns well to the overall business strategy
  • Exceptional communication skills and prowess in effectively communicating ideas, issues, and implications to senior, technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A calm and resilient approach when under pressure, and the ability to proactively identify new or potential risks and respond to emerging priorities.
