What you’ll be doing:
- We’re looking for an experienced Conversation Designer to help shape the future of agentic investing at Lloyds Banking Group.
- You’ll bring expertise in human-centred design and conversational AI, confidently designing conversations based on user research and insights to create natural, effective interactions for our customers.
- You thrive on both the detail and the big picture - crafting exceptional conversations within the context of the holistic experience you’re a part of.
- As part of our fast-paced D2C Investments team, you’ll apply conversation design principles to conversational AI products - creating interactions that feel natural, effective, and aligned with our tone of voice and agentic personality.
- You’ll lead the Conversation Design direction within the team, working closely with your cross-functional team to align and deliver a holistic experience at pace.
- You’ll embrace ambiguity, have an experimental mindset, and a desire to test, learn, and iterate fast.
- You’ll enjoy your craft, help others grow, and lead the way for conversational design within the team.
What you’ll do:
- Create top-quality conversational agentic experiences that center the user.
- Take ownership as the conversational / agentic expert in an agile environment.
- Use evidence to inform decisions and champion the user perspective.
- Think strategically about how our conversations can evolve, and spot opportunities for where they link into other experiences.
- Collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and product to deliver seamless experiences.
- Share expertise to help shape the overall design approach.
- Provide consistency in the way we have conversations with customers across topics and touchpoints.
- Promote and demonstrate the value of conversation design within agentic experiences.
- Be an active member of the design community, sharing knowledge and embedding design principles across products and services.
