The expanding Brand Partnerships team, within Lloyds Banking Group’s Brand, Marketing & Experience department (BMX), is responsible for development, delivery and execution of the group’s brand partnerships by deepening customer engagement and driving long-term business value. This is achieved through existing partnerships and developing new opportunities. The first priority for this team is to grow the effectiveness of our partnership with British Cycling, elevating it to a high-impact platform in addition to building new brand partnerships. The team is also tasked with shaping, developing and delivering a broader partnerships strategy (within both traditional and non-traditional channels) that aligns with our brand and commercial ambitions.

We’re looking for an individual with a proven track record in developing and delivering highly effective brand partnerships at scale, someone who can assist in shaping strategy and then into action in addition to bringing a commercial and creative lens to every opportunity. The successful candidate will be highly agile and adaptable, fully embracing the opportunities of a growth function; change should excite not worry.

If you have a growth mindset and thrive in a fast-moving and evolving environment, and are excited by the opportunity to build, innovate, and lead, this is the team for you.

This is an exciting opportunity to help deliver and scale high-impact brand partnerships that drive real value for customers and the business. As a Brand Partnerships Manager, you’ll support the delivery of Lloyds Banking Group’s partnerships strategy—working on high-profile relationships such as British Cycling, while helping to build new and innovative partnerships across sponsorship, media, data and technology.

You’ll be part of the Brand, Marketing & Experience (BMX) function, operating in a fast-paced, evolving team where creativity and commercial thinking go hand in hand. Reporting into a Senior Brand Partnerships Manager, you’ll play a key role in bringing partnerships to life—working across internal teams and external partners to ensure successful activation and measurable outcomes.

From idea generation through to execution and performance tracking, you’ll help ensure partnerships deliver strong brand alignment, customer engagement and commercial impact. You’ll also build strong relationships with partners and stakeholders, contributing to a collaborative, high-performing team environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working at pace, thrives on variety, and is motivated by helping shape partnerships that make a visible difference.

We’re on an exciting journey to transform our Group and the way we’re shaping finance for good. We’re focusing on the future, investing in our technologies, workplaces, and colleagues to make our Group a great place for everyone.

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years proven experience in brand partnerships or sponsorship within a complex or fast-paced environment
  • Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience supporting partnership delivery, including activation, campaign execution and performance evaluation
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to use data and insight to assess partnership performance and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Experience working with agencies or third-party partners, including budget awareness and delivery oversight
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment

And any experience of these would be great:

  • Existing network within the brand partnerships or sponsorship landscape
  • Experience working within financial services or another highly regulated environment
  • Experience working across media, data or technology-led partnerships
  • Background in large-scale brand activation campaigns

We know that great talent comes from many backgrounds. Whilst this job advert may reference specific years of experience, we recognise that skills are developed in many ways, so if you have relevant, transferable experience, we encourage you to apply.

This is a place for you:

Our ambition is to be the leading UK business for diversity, equity and inclusion supporting our customers, colleagues and communities, and we’re committed to creating an environment in which everyone can thrive, learn and develop. • A generous pension contribution of up to 15%
  • An annual performance‑related bonus
  • Share schemes including free shares
  • Benefits you can tailor to your lifestyle, such as discounted shopping
  • 30 days’ holiday, plus bank holidays
