Hours: 35 Hours, Full Time

What you’ll be doing:
- We’re looking for a passionate Visual Designer to raise the quality bar and bring our digital experiences to life for our customers.
- You’ll own and deliver the visual design of our Digital Cards and Wallets experiences, whilst engaging with customers through rich storytelling.
- You’ll join our Experience Design team of interactions designers, researchers, content writers and strategists.
- Work effectively and confidently as part of agile teams to help uncover priorities, visualise outcomes, and define scope.
- Help identify and solve real customer problems and ensure that we put human needs at the heart of every problem we solve.
- Bring visual direction and support us in raising the quality of the mobile application.
- Apply your creative thinking to solve complex problems and make them seem simple.
- Design production assets, infographics, logos and other elements.
- Create engaging digital experiences, design interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Design and layout pages and User Interfaces, skilfully and creatively using components from a central design system.

What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 7-10 years experience as a Visual Designer, used to driving the delivery and raising the visual design quality bar for a product.
- Experience of prototyping software (Figma is our main tool, experience is required) as well as Adobe Creative suite and Microsoft tools like PowerPoint, Excel, Acrobat.
- Experience in solving visual design challenges and delivering experience-led brand digital journeys.
- Understand and contribute with existing digital Design System and be an advocate of accessibility standards.
- Ambitions to work collaboratively with – and learn from - a full-stack design team, including Researchers, Content Designers, Service Designers and Interaction Designers.
- Strong ability to see designs through to delivery – communicating with developers to ensure designs meet specifications.
