Lloyds Banking Group is seeking an exceptionally dedicated and motivated Organisational Change & Implementation Manager to join our Organisational Change and Implementation Team (OC&I). This role is pivotal in crafting our future, driving innovation, and implementing flawless organisational changes. You will be part of a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment where collaboration and excellence are paramount. From organisation redesign to TUPEs and acquisitions, you will be at the forefront of driving positive impact.
What you will be doing:
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders & HR People teams to ensure their needs are met while supporting senior colleagues in leading more meaningful customer relationships.
- Analyse key themes using data from a wide range of sources and identify possible impacts on the business. Utilise AI to increase efficiencies and support delivery of outcomes.
- Grow own capabilities by pursuing and investing in personal development opportunities, support development and capabilities of peers, and provide specialised training or mentoring in area of expertise to others throughout the organisation.
- Re-imagine work and existing processes based on user feedback and backed by data analysis. Recommend and implement improvements to existing business practices, while developing and delivering Organisational Change projects or a workstream within the organisation's change management programme with guidance from senior colleagues.
- Develop procedures and interpret and apply policy for area of expertise to achieve specified outputs, or advise the wider business on application of policy, then monitor implementation of those procedures within the organisation. Utilise Agile change methods to execute work.
- Deliver own small-scale or medium-scale projects by working within an established programme management plan.
- Adopt a growth mindset, recommend ways to improve support for operations by changing policies, processes, standards and practices.
- Deliver prescribed outcomes for a designated area, using risk management systems to ensure the organisation is not exposed to undue risks.
- Identify and evaluate complex expertise-led solutions against a range of criteria to find the ones that best meet business needs.
- Develop and/or deliver a plan for a specific area of responsibility.
