This is a brilliant opportunity to lead the next stage of our data ambition across Asset & Invoice Finance.

Our Asset & Invoice Finance products support more than 17,000 UK businesses, helping them unlock cash, invest with confidence and pursue their ambitions. As we continue to grow, data will play a critical role in helping us better understand our customers, improve decision-making and develop new products and propositions.

As Senior Product Owner, Data Products, you'll define and deliver the data product strategy across Asset & Invoice Finance. You'll combine customer needs, commercial opportunities and technology investment to shape the roadmap, develop data-led capabilities and deliver meaningful customer and business outcomes.

You'll lead a team of Product, Customer Journey and Integration colleagues while working closely with Engineering, Data, Risk and Business partners across the organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to influence senior leaders, drive large-scale transformation and establish data as a key enabler of growth across the business.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Define and deliver the data product vision, strategy and roadmap across Asset & Invoice Finance.
  • Lead a team of Product, Customer Journey and Integration colleagues, creating an environment where teams can thrive and deliver value.
  • Translate customer, commercial and business priorities into clear product outcomes and investment decisions.
  • Develop data-led propositions, products and capabilities that improve customer experience and drive business growth.
  • Partner with Engineering, Data and Architecture teams to shape scalable technology and data solutions.
  • Lead delivery across multiple agile feature teams, ensuring priorities remain aligned to strategic outcomes.
  • Influence senior leaders and partners, communicating product strategy, progress and value with clarity.
  • Champion innovative ways of working, bringing fresh thinking and external market insight to our data and product agenda.

What you’ll need:

  • Proven experience operating in a senior product leadership role, leading teams and influencing at senior executive level while shaping product strategy, investment priorities and delivery outcomes.
  • Strong experience developing and delivering data, analytics or technology-enabled products within a complex organisation.
  • Track record of translating customer needs, commercial opportunities and business priorities into successful product outcomes.
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering through agile product operating models at scale.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage senior leaders and build alignment across business, technology and data teams.

It would be useful if you had...

  • Experience within financial services or another regulated industry.
  • Knowledge of modern data platforms, analytics or data product ecosystems.
