What you’ll be doing:
- As an Actuary in the Customer Solutions Lab, you'll play a key role in delivering good outcomes for customers by supporting the resolution of issues across a range of insurance and pension products.
- You’ll analyse data, design and run models to calculate redress and corrected policy positions, and provide expert input into customer treatment approaches.
- Working in an Agile project team, you’ll ensure calculations are accurate, well-controlled, and compliant with actuarial standards, while contributing to continuous improvement in how we deliver efficient, high-quality solutions.
What we’re looking for:
- Qualified or partly-qualified Actuary.
- Strong technical ability in analysing problems, determining solutions and specifying and building calculations.
- Strong Excel modelling skills.
- Pensions and/or life assurance product knowledge.
- Experience working in an Agile project environment is beneficial.
