We're focused on developing new, and innovative digital propositions that are taking on some of the big UK gaps, where people are not saving enough for their future or protecting what’s important.

Do you have attention to detail and a passion to drive commercial performance through digital channels? Are you a confident communicator who's comfortable at challenging and influencing across all levels? Can you build strategic plans, while making the complex simple? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!

We're hiring a Digital Commercial Manager for our Chief Customer & Digital Office, Trading, Strategy, Analytics Team. This team works across our Insurance, Pensions & Investments (IP&I) division and wider organisation. You'll lead the work of crafting and monitoring our Digital commercial plans and performance opportunities. This covers products distributed through the LBG app, Scottish Widows app, and public sites (LBG, Scottish Widows and Lloyds Wealth). Being a strategic problem solver with deep commercial foresight involves working with various partners across the organisation to develop comprehensive plans that support our purpose of Helping Britain Prosper.

We have a fast-paced and varied environment here. The role will lead all aspects of the commercial strategies across digital channels and will handle reporting performance and coordinating the re-forecasting processes. Responsibilities include playing a core role in identifying growth opportunities, cost savings, surfacing customer needs, and ensuring our propositions are optimised to deliver against our priorities.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Strategic Commercial Development: Define and own digital commercial strategies aligned to Group priorities, customer needs and measurable business outcomes. Develop and deliver the end-to-end digital commercial plan for Lloyds Wealth (IP&I’s newly formed proposition), including robust bottom-up forecasting and 5YOP input. Support strategic CCDO and IP&I projects that drive client value, business growth and improved commercial performance.
  • Performance & Value Delivery: Own performance frameworks that track delivery against strategic outcomes and create clear accountability. Lead digital commercial reviews and deep dives, translating complex data into actionable recommendations. Generate insight across web, in-app and commercial performance to identify opportunities for optimisation and value delivery.
  • Digital Strategy and Optimisation: Build and optimise public site strategies across all three sites, using insight to accelerate Lloyds Wealth new business growth. Own the Lloyds Wealth new business digital channel strategy, aligning customer needs with measurable growth opportunities. Improve in-app pages, content and journeys to increase engagement, simplify experiences and strengthen commercial outcomes. Activate targeted, trigger-based and personalised digital experiences that improve relevance, engagement and customer value. Embed testing and end-to-end channel tracking to prove impact and continuously optimise performance.
  • Partner Influence & Collaboration: Build strong relationships across CCDO, Finance, Product, Marketing, Digital Engagement, Technology and Transformation to align priorities and enable joined-up delivery. Represent the function in key forums, providing insight, constructive challenge and strategic direction. Ensure commercial decisions are supported by robust governance, risk management and regulatory compliance, proactively mitigating delivery risks.

Why join us?

We’re on an exciting journey to transform our Group and the way we’re shaping finance for good. We’re focusing on the future, investing in our technologies, workplaces, and colleagues to make our Group a great place for everyone.

What we’re looking for:

Please note this is a commercially focused role, collaborating across CCDO and partnering with other business areas to deliver insight-led optimisation and measurable business impact.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Proven experience operating at a senior level in a commercial, digital performance, or transformation-focused role.
  • Commercially savvy, with the ability to interpret sophisticated data and drive actionable insight.
  • The willingness to step into new spaces of commercial performance within IP&I and Lloyds wealth to help shape the tactical and strategic direction & investment.
  • Strong understanding of digital channels (web, in-app) and the opportunities within them.
  • Proven experience in utilising insight to drive optimisations across digital channels.
  • Proven success in leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Deep understanding of performance frameworks, investment governance, and value tracking.
  • Ability to lead through ambiguity, challenge constructively, and drive strategic transparency.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, with experience engaging at executive levels.
