This is a full-time, permanent role in the Isle of Man. Please note this role is only available for colleagues residing in, or to those who hold right to work permits for Isle of Man.

In this role you’ll:

  • Review, verify and enter information accurately into company systems, while supporting customers in line with established processes and procedures.
  • Help customers build confidence using digital banking tools, guiding them to self-serve for their day-to-day banking needs.
  • Provide a friendly, professional and positive experience for every customer interaction.
  • Follow risk, regulatory and compliance processes to help deliver fair and consistent outcomes.
  • Take part in role-related training and development to build your knowledge, skills and confidence.

  • Customer Focus – able to support customers with confidence, care and professionalism, including handling more complex enquiries using established procedures.
  • Communication Skills – comfortable building positive relationships with customers and colleagues, both in person and through other communication channels.
  • Accuracy and Attention to Detail – able to complete administrative and data processing tasks accurately, including working with company systems and records.
  • Organisation Skills – able to manage routine tasks efficiently, follow processes and support others where needed.
  • Risk and Compliance Awareness – understands the importance of following processes, systems and procedures, and raising any concerns appropriately.
  • Willingness to Learn – keen to develop skills and knowledge through training, feedback and day-to-day experience.
