This role is central to strengthening how we measure, understand, and improve search visibility and website performance.
In this role, you will own the SEO and GEO measurement framework, delivering clear dashboards and insights that shape prioritisation, investment, and optimisation decisions. You will lead opportunity sizing and causal analysis to identify high impact search initiatives. - Deliver actionable insights that uplift rankings, citations, organic traffic, engagement and conversions.
- Build and maintain dashboards that surface SEO/GEO trends, opportunities and risks.
- Conduct opportunity sizing, causal analysis and forecasting to identify high impact initiatives and inform prioritisation.
- Embed a culture of insight‑driven decision‑making – coaching teams to use data to guide SEO/GEO strategy.

Experience Required:
- Two years of proven experience designing and evolving measurement frameworks and dashboards for SEO and website performance.
- Strategic collaboration with stakeholders across the public website team and other partners to align insights with business objectives.
- Ability to clearly communicate insights and recommendations to non‑technical and senior stakeholders.

- Annual performance‑related bonus
- Share schemes including free shares
