What you’ll be doing:
- Influence the strategic direction of the UK’s largest consumer finance provider.
- Develop insights through data and analytics capabilities to optimise performance across brands and channels.
- Support the evolution of our data landscape, employing new technologies and tools.
- Provide actionable insight to optimise performance, inform pricing and proposition decisions, and influence customer demand.
- Work closely with Senior Leaders and cross-functional teams to develop and deliver data-led insights.
- Design, build, and deliver high-quality analytics and insight solutions.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insight.
- Contribute to the development of scalable data and analytics solutions.
- Champion data quality, governance, and responsible data use.
- Collaborate with Technical Engineers, Product Owners, and Solution Architects.
- Influence outcomes and collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.

What we’re looking for:
- A minimum of 3 years in data science, analytics, Agentic AI, machine learning or modelling.
- Proficiency in data analysis, customer analytics, building and validating models for forecasting, pricing, and segmentation.
- Experience with visualisation tools (e.g. Agentic AI, Machine Learning, Python, SQL, SAS, Power BI, Tableau) and cloud-based data platforms (e.g. GCP native tools).
- Intellectually curious outlook, seeking to innovate and adapt quickly from setbacks.
- Apply product-led thinking to reporting and analytics initiatives.
- Support the team to maximise commercial performance.
- Present and influence effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of the external environment, including customer trends, competitor strategies, and regulatory developments.
