About this opportunity:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Organisational Effectiveness Senior Manager to join our Future Ways of Working team. This is a high-impact role at the centre of shaping the future of how our organisation operates. As an Organisational Effectiveness Senior Manager, you’ll work with Executive Directors, HR Directors and senior business leaders to define and deliver the most strategically important organisational priorities.

You’ll play a critical role in designing how the organisation is structured and operates—ensuring it is set up to deliver business strategy, improve organisational health, and unlock sustainable performance. From operating model redesign to large-scale transformation, your work will directly influence how teams collaborate, make decisions, and deliver outcomes across the Group.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Partner with Executive Directors and HR leaders to shape the organisational effectiveness agenda and prioritise key pivotal initiatives.
  • Identify and define high-impact organisational effectiveness opportunities that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Design and implement future-fit operating models, organisation structures and ways of working aligned to business strategy.
  • Provide evidence-based insight and challenge to senior leaders to support major organisational decisions.
  • Lead large-scale organisation design and operating model transformation programmes end-to-end.
  • Guide and coordinate matrix teams of functional specialists and business representatives to deliver target state designs.
  • Bring external insight and leading practice to evolve organisational effectiveness approaches.
  • Build organisational effectiveness capability by coaching People Partners, OE managers and business leaders.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience leading large-scale organisational design and operating model transformation programmes in complex organisations (typically 8+ years).
  • Deep expertise in operating model design, organisation design and organisational effectiveness methodologies (from consulting or industry).
  • Strong data analysis and modelling capability, including experience working with and presenting workforce data using tools such as Excel, Power BI or similar.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior partners (Executive level) and provide constructive challenge in a matrix environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to align organisational design decisions to business strategy and performance outcomes.
