We deliver best-in-class communications for key audiences, ensuring Lloyds Banking Group is recognised for Helping Britain Prosper.

You’ll join the Digital team, responsible for overseeing and developing the Lloyds Banking Group corporate website, our primary external platform for engaging with partners, investors, media and prospective employees, as well as an increasingly important channel for how the Group is understood in AI driven environments.

The primary objective of this role is to continue developing lloydsbankinggroup.com into an outstanding digital experience for our audiences, while supporting the delivery and distribution of content that helps build and protect our reputation and purpose. This is a great opportunity for someone with the right skills to join at an important time and make a real difference to an already ambitious team.

Responsibilities:

  • You’ll build strong internal relationships and collaborate with multiple teams across the business.
  • You’ll be highly organised, with experience managing multiple projects and workstreams at the same time, and able to prioritise effectively.
  • You’ll be responsible for collating and prioritising development work, website issues and defects, and supporting scoping and sizing.
  • You’ll have technical knowledge to support decisions on future development and enhancements.
  • You’ll help drive the transition of the website towards an AI-enabled platform, working closely with technical and platform teams.
  • You’ll treat AI and large language models as a core audience, ensuring content is structured and clearly represented in AI generated outputs.
  • Support the evolution from traditional SEO to Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO), ensuring content is structured, cited and accurately surfaced.
  • Partner closely with AI, Lab and platform teams to embed AI into CMS workflows, tooling and ways of working.
  • You’ll maintain day-to-day website content using a CMS to ensure content is accurate, optimised and effective for our audiences, supporting improvements in performance and discoverability.
  • You’ll be responsible for supporting the route to live process for the website, including coordinating testing, providing sign off and resolving issues, while acting as a key point of contact. This may involve some out of hours work.
  • You’ll be confident presenting to senior stakeholders, providing clear updates on progress and priorities.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in project management, delivering work from brief to execution.
  • Experience using JIRA and Confluence to handle workflows and priorities in an Agile environment.
  • Experience leading website development and delivery.
  • A strong technical understanding and the ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams.
  • Experience working with onshore and offshore development teams and managing priorities.
  • Experience working with Adobe Experience Manager, user journeys and website optimisation and standards.
  • Strong writing skills, with the ability to produce clear and accurate content.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Experience of Adobe Analytics and Content Square, including performance measurement and journey mapping (desirable).
  • AI literacy: a curious mindset and proven experience of responsibly leveraging AI to drive efficiency and enhance creativity.
